1. Personal Data We Collect

When you submit our registration or enquiry form, we may collect:

Information you give us:

• Your name and mobile number;
• The bedroom type / unit type you are interested in;
• Your selected enquiry intent (e.g. e-brochure, floor plans, price list, showflat viewing); and
• Any remarks or messages you choose to provide.

Information collected automatically when you submit the form:

• The date and time of your submission;
• The page you submitted from, and the page you first arrived on;
• The website that referred you to us, where your browser provides it;
• Your device and browser type (user agent);
• Advertising campaign identifiers, namely the Google Click Identifier (GCLID) and campaign tags (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term), which tell us which advertisement brought you here; and
• A spam-protection score generated by Google reCAPTCHA;
• A page-view token issued by our own server, used solely to tell a real visitor from an automated submission;
• Your IP address; and
• The country your connection originates from, derived from that IP address.

We collect your IP address and country to verify that enquiries are genuine, to detect and block automated or fraudulent submissions, and to understand whether an enquiry comes from within Singapore or overseas — which affects the eligibility and stamp duty guidance we give you. We do not use your IP address to track you across other websites.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the personal data you provide to:

• Respond to your enquiry and share the requested materials (e-brochure, floor plans, unit mix, price list);
• Arrange and confirm showflat appointments and viewings;
• Contact you with relevant updates about Lentor Gardens Residences and the launch process;
• Provide follow-up assistance related to your property interest; and
• Measure and improve the performance of our advertising and website.

3. Consent

By submitting the form and ticking the consent checkbox, you consent to our collection, use and disclosure of your personal data for the purposes above. This means we may contact you by phone call, SMS, WhatsApp, or email using the details you provide. You may withdraw your consent at any time (see Section 8).

4. Disclosure of Data

We may disclose your personal data to trusted parties only as necessary to serve your enquiry, such as Huttons Asia Pte Ltd, the developer or its appointed sales team for the purpose of processing your interest and registration, and service providers who help us operate the website and forms. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

5. Third-Party Services

This website uses the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:

• Cloudflare — to deliver, secure and accelerate this website, and to process form submissions before they reach our records;
• Google Workspace (Apps Script & Google Sheets) — to receive and store your form submission in our private lead records;
• Telegram — to notify our agents of your enquiry so we can respond promptly;
• Formspree — used as a backup form processor if our primary system is unavailable;
• Google Ads & Google Analytics — to measure advertising conversions and website usage;
• Google reCAPTCHA — to protect our forms from spam and abuse, subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service; and
• WhatsApp — if you choose to contact us via WhatsApp.

6. Cookies & Tracking

This website may use cookies and similar technologies (including advertising identifiers such as the GCLID) to remember your session, measure ad performance, and improve your experience. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not function properly as a result.

Where you arrive from an online advertisement, we store the campaign identifiers listed in Section 1 in your browser's local storage for up to 90 days. This lets us correctly attribute your enquiry to the advertisement that brought you to us, even if you return to the site later. This information stays on your own device unless and until you choose to submit the form. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser's site data.

7. Data Protection & Retention

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, use, or disclosure. Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and stored in access-restricted Google Workspace accounts controlled by us; enquiry notifications are visible only to the agents handling your enquiry. We retain your data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes set out in this policy, or as required by law, after which it will be securely deleted or anonymised.

8. Your Rights & Withdrawing Consent

Under the PDPA, you may request access to or correction of your personal data, or withdraw your consent to further contact, at any time. To do so, please contact us using the details below. Upon withdrawal, we will cease using your data for marketing purposes, subject to any legal or contractual obligations.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
